Whenever possible (and appropriate), we encourage you to promote Saskatchewan as an excellent place to live, work, do business, visit and invest, as well as promote your own specific business.
Review the materials and information in your Ambassador kit. Direct interested contacts to relevant websites, such as Saskbiz and Enterprise Saskatchewan for more information about business opportunities in Saskatchewan, and Tourism Saskatchewan for vacation ideas. The key is to be proud of Saskatchewan and all it has to offer. Let people know why it's such a great place!

Attending a trade show, conference or a meeting with clients
Provide copies of the Competitive Advantages Brochure and the Enterprise NOW! newletter. These are great resources that detail interesting business activities and success stories across the province. Show your pride for this province by wearing your Saskatchewan flag lapel pin.

Giving a Presentation
Whenever possible, spice up your presentation by working in a few interesting facts about the province. If you are promoting your company abroad, use positive economic data, tourism images, or reference any other stats that may help boost your own company. The Fact Sheets in your Ambassadors kit can provide you with relevant "Did you know...?" statements.

Promoting Saskatchewan Companies
A goal of the Saskatchewan Ambassadors Program is to support trade, investment and business growth in the province. Whether you are an in-province or out-of-province ambassador, you can provide business contacts or investment leads to a local Saskatchewan company seeking to expand into other markets. You could also be a mentor or provide market intelligence for a local company seeking to export. The companies will appreciate your help and will benefit greatly from your assistance.

Taking a Holiday
Whether you are vacationing in an exotic location or skiing the slopes, you can still promote Saskatchewan. When you meet other vacationers, promote the great tourism industry, culture and friendly faces of our province. Their next vacation may be to Saskatchewan.
